As Chief Product Officer, a strategic leader and an advocate for our products, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver new product opportunities. With a strong background in hardware and/or software products, you will lead the development and execution of our product vision and strategy. What will your duties be?

• Develop and execute a product vision & strategy that aligns with our company's overall vision and mission
• Pursue a thorough understanding of user and customer needs through research and data analysis. Make data-driven decisions to build excellent product experiences and identify proper positioning in the market
• Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for the end-user experience in all product development efforts. Translate all requirements into valuable products, define a go-to-market model and user segment strategy
• Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to stay ahead of the curve and make informed product decisions
• Work closely with the CEO, C-level team, and cross-functional teams. Be comfortable interacting with senior leadership, providing recommendations to support product-level decisions, and be able to operate effectively in ambiguity
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams to align on product priorities, ensuring effective communication and escalation of risks and dependencies, and timely decision-making. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that products are developed on schedule and to the highest quality standards
• Develop and manage product-related budgets and resources, ensuring that they are allocated effectively and efficiently

What makes you the perfect candidate?

• Understanding bitcoin and wider crypto use cases, Trezor's current and potential users, and efficiently translate them into product and business requirements
• 10+ years of product management experience, with a strong background in either (ideally both) software and hardware products
• Ability to translate business strategy and market requirements into valuable products and to define a go-to-market model and user segment strategy
• Proven expertise in product strategy development and execution, delivering significant value to customers and the business
• Excellent leadership and management skills to motivate cross-functional teams and achieve common goals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions quickly
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to explain complex product-related concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Deep understanding of business and tech processes within a tech company
