Senior UX Designer

At Trezor, the inventor of hardware bitcoin wallets, we are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our mission to revolutionize the way people protect their digital assets. We have several challenges ahead of us, such as creating a new mobile app, enhancing the flagship desktop software Trezor Suite, and designing towards the consistency of the whole ecosystem, all while balancing user needs and market demands to continuously improve our e-shop platform.

In this role, you will prioritize the user experience at every stage of the design process, working alongside a skilled team of designers and cross-functional experts to create the most user-friendly self-custody solution in the market.

What will your duties be?

• driving user-centered design solutions for all our products, creating a seamless and intuitive user experience for our hardware and software
• leading the design of the desktop and mobile app versions of Trezor Suite
• contributing to the development and maintenance of design systems, guidelines, and patterns, maintaining visual design consistency across all products and customer touchpoints
• overseeing design assets such as building design libraries and style guides, and driving the design maturity of the entire company by establishing goals and monitoring progress
• participating in user research and testing with our research team to gather insights and guide design choices
• working closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing
• continuously improving the user experience by collaborating with other design team members and enhancing design processes and practices

What makes you the perfect candidate?

• multiple years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions
• proficiency in Figma and prototyping for designing and presenting interactive user interfaces
• strong focus on user research and testing, ability to cooperate with our research team
• excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work in cross-functional teams
• proactivity and can-do attitude, leadership ambitions are most welcome
• interest in crypto and modern technologies is a big advantage
