E-commerce Manager

We’re Trezor, Czech producers of the first ever cryptocurrency hardware wallet known all around the world. We’re looking for a seasoned E-commerce Manager, who will be responsible for our main sales channel - the new Trezor e-shop. If you have previous experience with (gigantic or small) e-shop management, this is an opportunity to further utilize your skills on a project with global reach.

What will you duties be?

• management of our e-shop, responsible for it’s day-to-day functioning
• analytics - preparation and evaluation of sales and user data
• logistics and warehouse - sales and stock control (in cooperation with the Logistics team)
• administration - management of our internal e-shop database, bug reporting, requests for development, access control, etc.
• preparation of new products and campaign execution, cooperation with colleagues from other teams

What makes you the perfect candidate?

• experience in e-shop management or a similar e-commerce/digital marketing role
• analytical mindset, ability to work with data (we use Tableau, Google Analytics and Excel)
• focus on global market, familiarity with shipping, digital payments and tax agendas in different regions and countries
• communication skills and teamwork, ability to cooperate with colleagues from other teams (Logistics, Devs, Marketing, Product Management or Support)
• English - we operate on the global market and our team is international
• interest in crypto and modern technologies is a big advantage!
