Social Media Lead

We're a rapidly expanding startup in search of an experienced Social Media Lead. You’ll use your knowledge, a strategic mindset, and a passion for data to build and fulfill an ambitious worldwide marketing strategy for our young brand and our products, namely a crypto comparison tool and a still-in-development mobile app.

Working directly under the Head of Marketing and collaborating widely within the SatoshiLabs Group, you’ll manage the day-to-day activities of our social media department with a goal of making our social media presence an important touchpoint throughout the customer journey. What will your duties be?

• Take ownership of our social media presence, ensuring smooth day-to-day and sustainable followers growth
• Drive and define our overall social media strategy across both the acquisition and retention parts of the customer journey
• Take governance across the organic and paid social media streams, with organic being your direct responsibility and paid being a stream that you'll actively oversee
• Closely cooperate with our Retention, Acquisition and Content Leads to improve the overall user experience
• Monitor the social media space and proactively seek improvement opportunities
• Proactively drive any necessary development in terms of our Social Media presence and stack, we're a company with global ambition and we want our presence and capabilities to reflect that

What makes you the perfect candidate?

• You're strong on aspects of social media - you understand the required content and understand the need to tailor the proposition
• You're able to turn data into actionable insights that drive our social media and content strategy forward
• You're experienced in evaluating SoMe platforms performance and tying it to the overall business performance
• Experience with building and sustaining relationships with the community is a big plus
• You can work with a creative brand concept and reflect that into all our SoMe content delivery efforts
• Ambition to become a full headcount and to manage a team is beneficial, as we expect the SoMe team to grow in the future
• You’re a team player and experience working with small, cross-functional teams is more than welcome
• Interest in crypto and modern technologies is a plus
• You're fluent in English - our company is international and it’s our lingua franca!
