We're a rapidly expanding startup in search of an experienced, knowledgeable, and resourceful professional in the field of user engagement and user retention. This medior-level position will use their great interpersonal skills, strategic mindset, and a passion for data to build and fulfill an ambitious worldwide marketing strategy for our young brand and our products, namely a crypto comparison tool and a still-in-development mobile wallet app.
Working directly under the Head of Marketing and collaborating widely within the SatoshiLabs Group, our new Retention Lead will manage the day-to-day activities of our retention department with a goal of making our users happy and engaged throughout the customer journey. What will your duties be?
Your main duty: define and take ownership of the retention part of the customer journey - retain existing customers, keep them engaged and translate the retention marketing efforts into KPIs to flawlessly monitor and evaluate all the retention efforts
Drive customer retention, user engagement, and customer equity growth for all respectable channels - mailing, sms and notifications, as well as in-app and overall retention content delivery
Drive retention segmentation efforts and tailor the value proposition to those segments, again with the goal of actively engaging and retaining our customers
Define and constantly improve all the active user journeys - user onboarding, churn prevention, equity increase etc.
Closely cooperate with our Content, Acquisition and SoMe Leads to improve the overall user experience
Closely cooperate with our Content department to be able to fully evaluate the impact of content and segmentation on user retention and long-term user value
Proactively drive any necessary development in terms of our retention tech stack, we're a company with a global ambition and we want our capabilities to reflect that
What makes you the perfect candidate?
You have a demonstrated experience with active user retention, segmentation, optimization and you're overall very strong on data
You have experience with industry-leading retention tools, experience with a CDXP platform a big plus - Bloomreach (former Exponea), Braze, Insider and others
You're a data-driven person with a willingness to experiment (test & learn), you understand the importance of always having a control group and understand what incremental performance is and why is it important
You're overall strong on A/B and MVT testing, with an ability to generate insights that we can take forward
You understand content and its implications on performance, even though you will not be in charge of copy, you'll be able to influence what goes where and will be able to tell us what works and why
You have a potential and a desire to build a team around you going forward
You’re a team player who understands the importance of setting and working towards common goals
You both accept and give constructive criticism and act on it
You have an interest in crypto and modern technologies in general
You have experience working with small, cross-functional teams in a start-up environment
You're fluent in English - our company is international and it’s our lingua franca!
